To ensure the safety of our staff and animals, it is necessary to have the following information from you:

Dress Code: Volunteers representing the Sanctuary must always wear proper OBS Volunteer shirts and appear neat / tidy. Shirts, pants, or appropriate length shorts, and solid toed shoes must be worn at all times. (No tube tops, short-shorts, belly shirts, tank tops, etc). Inappropriate tattoos must be covered and if a body part is pierced, besides the ear, the ring or stud may not be worn. (Volunteers doing maintenance must also follow above guidelines except for neat and tidy, work clothes are appropriate).

I understand that the Ohio Bird Sanctuary has a dress code for volunteers (seen above) that I must abide by. I am able to follow this dress code.
